VEGAN PIZZA WAFFLE: 

Vegan Pizza Waffles


2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup shredded daiya jack style wedge
1/4 cup vegan bacon bits
1 1/2 cups almond milk milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil3

VEGAN CORN DOGS : 


vegetable oil
8 vegan hot dogs
3/4 cup corn meal
3/4 cup + 1/4 cup flour separated
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper optional
1-1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk

VEGAN CHICKEN NUGGETS 

cooked chickpeas (either canned or you can cook them yourself)
one onion
garlic powder
paprika powder
mustard
rolled oats
nutritional yeast
salt and pepper
cornflakes
panko bread crumbs

VEGAN MAC AND CHEESE 

8 ounces whole-grain macaroni elbows
1 head of broccoli, florets cut into small bites (about 1 ½ to 2 cups), optional*
1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil
1 small yellow onion, chopped (about 1 ½ cups)
1 cup peeled and grated russet potato (4 ounces, about 1 small or ½ medium potato), preferably organic
3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
½ teaspoon fine sea salt, more to taste
Small pinch of Frontier Co-op red pepper flakes
⅔ cup raw cashews**
1 cup water, more as necessary
¼ cup Frontier Co-op nutritional yeast 
2 to 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or distilled white vinegar, to taste

VEGAN NAAN

3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp active yeast (if using fast acting, cut rise time in half)
1 tsp organic cane sugar
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (sub up to 1/2 with spelt or see notes* for whole-grain blend)
1 tsp fine sea salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
3 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1/4 tsp ground cumin or curry powder (optional)
3 Tbsp plain dairy-free yogurt (coconut is best - I like COYO brand best or So Delicious)
2 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
